Data and purposes
I use the contact form data (plus date, time and IP of submission) to reply to you and assess a collaboration, at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); only name and email are required. The server logs technical data for security and spam protection (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f). Google Analytics collects visit statistics only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Requests: 24 months after the last contact. Statistics: up to 14 months.
Recipients
Hostinger (hosting and email) and, with your consent, Google (Analytics), which may transfer data to the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No data is passed on to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Technical: your choice in the banner. Analytics, only with consent: _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). No profiling or advertising. You can change your mind from Cookie settings.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy, by writing to the email above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante privacy.
